Zante \u00e8 da tempo considerata come una delle isole pi\u00f9 belle della Grecia. \u00c8 l\u2019isola che si trova pi\u00f9 a meridione, \u00e8 la terza per grandezza delle Isole dello Ionio ed \u00e8 situata a 8,5 miglia nautiche a sud di Cefalonia e a 9,5 miglia nautiche ad ovest del Peloponneso. La sua posizione geografica assicura facili spostamenti alle altre isole e verso la Grecia continentale. <\/p>\n

L\u2019isola \u00e8 ricca di storia e di tradizione, poich\u00e9 per molti secoli \u00e8 stata il crocevia di numerose nazioni e culture; i Veneziani, che governarono l\u2019isola nel Medioevo, la chiamarono \u201cFiore del Levante\u201d.<\/p>\n

Zante \u00e8 un\u2019isola piena di contrasti e vi si trova la famosa Spiaggia del Relitto (Navagio, in greco), con le sue indimenticabili acque turchesi e le superbe Grotte Azzurre.
